My name is Roberto. I
hand make Authentic Italian Food - just like Mamma taught me!
I was born in Taranto (Apulia),
South Italy. Our people are strongly attached to the land and our
passionate character is reflected in our Culture, specially Food and Folk
Music.
My recipes are
inspired by "La Cucina Popolare Meridionale" (South-Italian Popular Cooking)
which is fresh, simple, rich in flavours, nutritional, low fat and inexpensive.
I only use local
ingredients - organic and spray free products when available and all is made by
myself and from scratch.
I prepare delicious, quality food, simple to
cook or ready to eat for a different lunch or dinner, an Italian one.
